The default contact picture/icon in Outlook 2010 (pictured above), the silhouette you see when a contact doesn't have a photo, is no doubt the founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates. What’s funny is, it’s no ordinary picture of Bill Gates, it’s actually a 1977 mug shot taken when he was arrested in Albuquerque, New Mexico for a driving offense.
